The heritage
From Jerry, to Terry, to today.
Bub Moore didn't learn construction from a franchise manual. He learned it on job sites with his father, Terry Moore, and his grandfather, Jerry Moore — measuring twice, cutting once, and shaking hands that meant something.
After more than two decades in the trade, Bub partnered with his longtime friend Cody Mitchell to found Property Roofing, LLC — a company built to serve customers the way this family always has: honestly, personally, and for the long haul.

With over 25 years of construction experience, Bub was introduced to the industry by his father Terry and grandfather Jerry. He's married to Jennifer and has two daughters, Alissa and Malori. When he's not on a roof, he's staying active and spending time with family and friends.
